HSPI

Since October 2025, I have been working as a backend developer at HSPI S.p.A., a management consulting company and leader in Italy for IT Governance and Digital Innovation services.

The company

HSPI's specialization in Project Management and IT Governance has led the company to collaborate with some of Italy's most important organizations: INAIL, Treasury Department, Vatican, Court of Auditors, Poste Italiane, SIAE, Gestore Servizi Elettrici, Istat, ACEA, Emilia Romagna Region, Banca Iccrea, Aeroporti di Roma, Trenitalia, Rete Ferroviaria Italiana, and many others.

The PMMS project for Poste Italiane

I am currently working on the PMMS (Project Monitoring Management System) project for the client Poste Italiane. This is an internal enterprise platform dedicated to monitoring and governing corporate projects, a fundamental tool for an organization the size of Poste Italiane.

In this context, I handle backend development and evolutionary maintenance of the system, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for requirements analysis and continuous improvement of functionalities.
